All of us see the devolving of our culture and the godlessness and it’s affecting us.  It’s causing us to ask questions of the season.  It’s provoking our thought as to what we should be expecting of the future.

We want God to move.  BUT IS THIS THE TIME?

We want revival.  BUT IS THIS THE TIME?

We want a shaking and we want it now.  BUT IS THIS THE TIME?

Many are asking the question, how can we be assured that this is the time when God will rescue us.

Didn’t he allow other nations to perish and wallow in trouble when the nation had sinned?

Didn’t he let Israel be overcome by enemies and harmed?

It’s this I want to address.

I could point to many signs that this is the time for God to move and that’s already at work doing so.

We’ve had multiple prophecies that this is the time of revival and renewal, that this is a time of reformation.

We’re seeing an unprecedented rescue mission for the righteous enacted by our president and other world leaders, but the most important thing is that we live in revival.

Even so, if none of this is enough for you, if the evidence doesn’t yet convince you, the most important thing is that you determine to live in revival.

I say revival can be here for you if others miss it.
Live like Caleb and Joshua.

If everyone else wants to be in unbelief, you be the one who will believe.

You can have revival when all around you are having no revival.
This is the calling upon every person.

And this is how we partner with the Holy Spirit to bring about revival, renewal and reformation.

Joshua 24:14  “Now fear the Lord and serve him with all faithfulness. Throw away the gods your ancestors worshiped beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord. 15 But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

We can live as if it is God’s time to shine, as if it is God’s time to elevate Jesus, as if it is God’s time to judge the devil and his cohorts.

In the midst of troubled times, BUT even times when believers we’re under persecution and hardship he rescued the believing.

God has protected the believing and blessed them who would not compromise their faith and trust in HIM.

What about a season of captivity?

Israel did not repent and they were sent into captivity, but Daniel walked with God and God promoted him, protected him, judged those who touched him and God used him greatly.

The story of Caleb, Joshua, Daniel, Joseph, Samuel, Gideon and so many others is meant to be clear.  You can live in victory when it’s not a victory season.  When everyone else is in defeat !

Just be warned, He does not protect and give select treatment to the church attenders.  Synagogue attenders.  To the children of the prophets.  To the children of the priests.  To the children of preachers.  To scribes or elders or seminary grads.  He has no grand children.

His favor is on those who walk with Him.

It’s to those who walk by faith.  It’s to those who do not fear.  It’s to those who trust Him no matter what’s happening around them.

The story of Caleb, Joshua, Daniel, and Joseph is that they lived against the season.

The Season was darkness for Israel.

Judgment for their sins.  Difficulty for their people, but they lived against the season by walking in faith instead of fear.

They lived in victory against victory and therefore experienced victory.

If a person expects defeat, they remove their heart.

When the heart is withdrawn, the body and emotion will be withdrawn.

They only go for show.

They only go for others to see.

They only get in the water because of peer pressure.

An expectation of victory will keep you in the game and create victories before you.

An expectation of defeat will pull you out of the game.  Why even show up if we are defeated until the end.  Why even pray.  Why labor in worship or outreach.  Why spend myself on this generation if it’s going to get worse and worse.

We are called to live in revival, believe for revival, confess revival is here,

We are called to live in reformation, believe for reformation, Work as if God is reforming.

We are called to judge the wicked in the courts of heaven and confront the enemy in prayer.

What if Father has to let a generation of unbelieving church attenders perish?

A generation of unbelieving churches are now perishing.

What if the church is now being cleansed of an unbelieving lot?

Does that mean we should retreat as well?  Does that mean we should give up?  Does that mean we should fear what will become of our nation and the nations?   No, fear is not of God.  We are a fearless people.  We are a fierce people.

Numbers 14:21   The Lord replied, “I have forgiven them, as you asked. 21 Nevertheless, as surely as I live and as surely as the glory of the Lord fills the whole earth, 22 not one of those who saw my glory and the signs I performed in Egypt and in the wilderness but who disobeyed me and tested me ten times— 23 not one of them will ever see the land I promised on oath to their ancestors. No one who has treated me with contempt will ever see it. 24 But because my servant Caleb has a different spirit and follows me wholeheartedly, I will bring him into the land he went to, and his descendants will inherit it. 25 Since the Amalekites and the Canaanites are living in the valleys, turn back tomorrow and set out toward the desert along the route to the Red Sea.[a]”

Father is raising up a heaven on earth church.

An overcoming church.

A Christlike church.

He’s had a company of unbelief.

He’s had a company of those who fear.

He’s had a company of those bound and weak.

But now he’s raising up a new people… sons and daughters who know their God.

Will you be one of these believing ones?  Will you walk with Him closely?

Will you trust Him fully?    I pray you will.  You can live in victory against victory.
